Once payment has been successfully processed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided.

Made-to-order manufacturing will normally begin once payment has been received and any required order specifications have been confirmed.

Brandler London does not directly store customers' full payment card numbers or security codes from online checkout transactions.

5. Payment Problems

If a payment is declined or unsuccessful, an order may not be processed until payment has been completed.

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or more than once, please contact us with your order details.

Larger bespoke joinery, furniture, design and installation projects may be subject to separate quotations, deposits and payment schedules.

Such arrangements will be confirmed in the relevant project proposal or agreement.
