These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through our website, including kitchen fronts, wardrobe fronts, cabinet panels, shelves, worktops, wood samples and related products.

Separate terms and agreements apply to individually commissioned bespoke cabinetry, furniture, design services and installation projects arranged directly with Brandler London.

2. Our Products

Brandler London specialises in handcrafted products made using reclaimed European barn wood and other carefully selected timber materials.

Our products include both solid and engineered wood, manufactured to specified dimensions, finishes and configurations.

Product photographs, samples and descriptions are intended to represent the materials and finishes available. However, due to the natural and reclaimed characteristics of the timber, no two pieces will be identical.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure product descriptions, dimensions and specifications are accurate.

3. Natural & Reclaimed Wood

Reclaimed barn wood is a naturally variable material that has developed its individual character over many years.

Customers should expect variations in:

• Colour, tone and grain

• Texture and surface character

• Knots, historic marks and natural imperfections

• Weathering, patina and previous signs of use

• Minor natural movement associated with changes in temperature and humidity

These characteristics are fundamental to the appearance of authentic reclaimed timber and are not, in themselves, manufacturing defects.

Samples provide a useful indication of the material but cannot guarantee an exact match to the finished product.

This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty or do not conform to their description.

4. Measurements & Specifications

Many Brandler London products are manufactured to dimensions and specifications supplied by the customer.

It is the customer's responsibility to check measurements, quantities, material choices, finishes, edge details and other selected options before submitting an order.

Where appropriate, we provide measuring and installation guidance to assist customers.

Brandler London cannot accept responsibility for incorrect measurements or specifications supplied by the customer, except where an error results from information or services provided by us.

Customers should also ensure that their existing cabinetry, fittings or supporting structures are suitable for the selected products.

5. Orders & Payments

Orders are placed through our website and are subject to acceptance by Brandler London.

Following checkout, customers will receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to contact customers where clarification of measurements, specifications or product availability is required.

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

Any delivery charges will be displayed or confirmed before the order is completed.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, we will contact the customer before accepting or proceeding with the affected order.

6. Manufacturing & Lead Times

Most Brandler London products are made to order in our UK workshop.

Our typical manufacturing lead time is approximately 2–3 weeks, although this may vary depending on order size, material availability, complexity and workshop schedules.

Lead times are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.

We will inform customers of significant delays and discuss appropriate options.

Where a material becomes unavailable, we will not substitute a materially different product without the customer's agreement.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Made-to-measure and personalised products

Customers may request changes or cancellation within 48 hours of placing an order, provided manufacturing has not commenced.

Once manufacturing begins, made-to-measure or personalised products cannot ordinarily be changed or cancelled because materials have been selected, prepared or cut specifically for the order.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, goods made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalised are generally excluded from the standard 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right.

Standard, non-personalised products and samples

Where statutory cancellation rights apply, customers may cancel within 14 days of receiving their goods and must return them within a further 14 days.

Customers should contact us before returning goods. Return delivery costs for change-of-mind cancellations are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Nothing in these terms affects statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

8. Delivery

Brandler London delivers throughout the UK mainland.

Larger or heavier products may be transported using specialist couriers or pallet delivery services.

Unless otherwise agreed, deliveries are made to kerbside or ground level. Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable access and assistance to move heavy items into their property.

Customers must notify us of any delivery restrictions and ensure someone is available to receive the goods.

Additional charges may apply where delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect information, restricted access or an unavailable recipient.

Responsibility for the goods passes to the customer when they are delivered to the customer or a person nominated by them.

9. Damaged or Faulty Products

Customers should inspect their order as soon as reasonably possible following delivery.

We ask that visible delivery damage or manufacturing concerns are reported within 48 hours wherever possible, with photographs and the relevant order number.

This requested reporting period does not limit the customer's statutory rights.

Where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, we will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund.

Any returns must be arranged with Brandler London in advance.

10. Installation & Product Care

Unless expressly included in the order, installation services are not provided as part of online product purchases.

Customers are responsible for ensuring appropriate installation, suitable fixings and adequate structural support.

Solid and engineered wood should be installed and maintained in accordance with our guidance and any relevant product instructions.

Natural timber responds to changes in temperature and humidity. Appropriate ventilation, cleaning and maintenance help preserve its appearance and performance.

11. Five-Year Craftsmanship Guarantee

Brandler London stands behind the quality of its materials, manufacturing and craftsmanship.

Qualifying Brandler-manufactured products benefit from our Five-Year Craftsmanship Guarantee, subject to its published terms.

The guarantee addresses qualifying defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use.

It does not ordinarily cover accidental damage, misuse, inappropriate installation, inadequate maintenance or natural characteristics of reclaimed timber that do not constitute defects.

This guarantee is provided in addition to, and does not replace or restrict, customers' statutory consumer rights.

12. Limitation of Liability

Brandler London is responsible for losses that are a foreseeable consequence of our breach of contract or failure to exercise reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate customer-supplied measurements, inappropriate installation or use outside a product's intended purpose, except where we are legally responsible.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or rights protected by consumer legislation.

13. Website Information & Intellectual Property

All original text, photography, product designs, graphics and other content published on the Brandler London website remain the property of Brandler London or their respective rights holders.

Content must not be reproduced for commercial use without appropriate permission.

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current, although occasional errors or interruptions may occur.

14. Privacy & Personal Information

Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.

Information supplied during checkout is used to process orders, communicate with customers and arrange payment and delivery.

Our Privacy Policy provides further information about how personal data is collected, stored and used.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our products, business operations or legal requirements.

The terms applicable to an order are those in effect at the time the order is accepted, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Customers retain any mandatory consumer protections and rights applicable to them under relevant legislation.
