ORDER REVIEW AND QUALITY CHECK

Every order is carefully reviewed before production begins.

We check all key details, including sizing, edging selections, handle configurations, and overall layout. Particular attention is given to grain direction and flow across doors, ensuring a consistent and considered final result.

All specifications are confirmed with you prior to manufacture, so you can be confident everything has been thoroughly checked before your doors are made.

OUR WOOD & FINISH

Our doors are crafted from reclaimed European barn wood, sourced from old agricultural buildings across Europe. This heritage material brings a depth of character, texture, and history that cannot be replicated with new timber.

The Wood:

  • Reclaimed European barn wood from agricultural buildings
  • Sourced across Europe from sustainably managed origins
  • Kiln dried for stability and long-term performance
  • Natural knots, cracks, and markings form part of the character
  • Every piece is unique, shaped by decades of use and weathering

The Finish:

  • Available in 12 finishes to suit a range of kitchen styles
  • Durable acrylic lacquer for long-term protection
  • Matte finish with a very low sheen (approx. 4%)
  • Enhances water resistance and everyday durability
  • Maintains the natural look and texture of the wood

Care:

  • Simple to maintain with occasional furniture polish
  • Designed to age naturally and beautifully over time

HANDLES AND EDGING

Designed to complement our reclaimed wood kitchen doors, these options allow you to refine both the look and functionality of your cabinetry.

Standard Edge (No Edging)

  • Smooth, sanded edge revealing the natural three-layer construction
  • Clean, minimal appearance
  • More cost-effective option
  • Well suited to areas where edges are less visible

Barn Wood Edging

  • Solid reclaimed barn wood edging (approx. 4mm thick)
  • Provides a wrapped look, concealing the engineered core
  • Adds depth of texture and a more refined, high-quality finish
  • Designed to match the door face and enhance durability at the edges

Handles

  • Handmade in our UK workshop
  • Integrated into the door for a clean, flush appearance
  • Designed for comfortable, everyday use with a natural grip
  • Creates a streamlined and considered look across the cabinetry
  • Available in four sizes with flexible positioning options
